Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday through Friday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays and Netherlands public holidays.
Please note: During peak periods (e.g. UK bank holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges) or in the event of carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Such delays are outside our control.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Packaging
All Novastila orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit. Jackets and blouses are packed to minimise creasing, and shoes are shipped in their original boxes. If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your item is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the item itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@novastila.com.

Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@novastila.com or via our website chat. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
