Orders & Shipping 7 questions
We process all orders within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is being processed.
After processing, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 4–6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Visit our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday through Friday, are eligible for next-business-day processing. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next available business day.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. You can also check the status at any time on our Order Tracking page.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately via our website chat or at support@novastila.com. We'll do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, return and re-shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this legal minimum.
Yes, provided they are unworn and in perfect condition — soles must show no signs of use whatsoever. Shoes must also be returned in their original box. Shoes showing obvious signs of wear are not eligible for return unless defective.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Estimated domestic return shipping costs within the UK range from approximately £3 to £10 depending on carrier and package weight.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
No. Custom-made, personalised items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production tolerances. These do not constitute a defect.
We do not offer a separate commercial warranty. However, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
